Previously to all this, I had already ran the game and even created a profile named "Test". Then, I renamed Mcd001.ps2 to SCEVM0.VMC.Īfter that, using PS2Classics-GUI, I encrypted it, generating the SCEVM0.VME. That is because, even if now I'm trying to play NFSMW, I'd like to play other games in the future with their respective savefiles. Using MyMC-GUI, I opened said file and imported all my PSU savefiles. Using PCSX2 (the PS2 emulator), I formatted a blank Mcd001.ps2 file. At the end, this is what I did correctly, but still didn't work: After intensive Googling and trying a lot of different things that I won't list because they were incorrect (such as generating PSV files, as if PS2 Classics Manager would recognize them). Now, I want to retrieve my savefile of this game. It worked like a charm, I can play it just fine. I grabbed the ISO of Need for Speed: Most Wanted, and encrypted it directly from PS2 Classics Manager. I also have a PS3 SuperSlim with HFW 4.88, HEN 3.03 (latest version), PS2 Classics Placeholder R3 and **PS2 Classics Manager v1.02. I have all my old PS2 savefiles backuped as PSU files, thanks to uLaunch ELF. Okay, I Googled a lot, nothing worked and I'm exhausted.
